All proceeds go directly to students who would like to attend the 2009 SME National Convention in Denver\, CO\, the 2009 Student/Alumni Drilling Competition held on campus and the 2009 Intercollegiate Mining Competition hosted by Montana Tech in Butte\,  Montana.  These events are an exceptional opportunity for students to learn about different aspects of our international industry as well as meet with some of its leaders.  In the 2007 tournament we sold out the course and raised over $10\,750.
